We Treat Your Home Like Our Own

Are you an owner who doesn’t rent out your property, or only for a small portion of the year?

Sage Home Watch will ensure that your property is maintained while you are away, systems are functioning properly, and it is clean and ready upon your arrival.

Our Home Watch services include:

Exterior

  • Inspect entire home exterior for wear and tear, and general maintenance needs

  • Monitor drainage, erosion, paving and landscaping, to ensure upkeep and to prevent ice and snow buildup in winter months

Interior

  • Heating and cooling systems and thermostat settings

  • Ensure all doors, windows and sliders to insure they are locked and secure at all times

  • Operate all faucets and flush toilets to eliminate stagnate water and fill traps

  • Monitor windows, ceilings, floors, and hot water heaters for leaks

  • Operate dishwasher, garbage disposal and washing machine to prevent seals and gaskets from drying out

  • Water and care for houseplants
