STR Management
We provide a customizable suite of short term rental (STR) property services to fit your needs and allow you to enjoy your investment to its fullest.
We specialize in owner-managed properties (you handle the bookings, we handle the on-property management), saving you money and hassel.
STR services include: Responsible Agent (on-call manager), general maintenance, referral services, guest services, turnover between reservations, and more.
Provisioning
Experience your destination from the moment you arrive. Select from a variety of provision bundles that showcase local food and beverages, products, and specialities.
Bundles range from a few items to get you settled in (local beer, snacks and coffee), to meal kits and local pastries to avoid that first day grocery run.
All bundles include tips on the local scene and discounts for some of our favorites.
Home Watch
We watch your home as though it was our own. We offer highly skilled property maintenance and oversight of your homes’ systems, inside and out, regular upkeep, and custom improvement projects.
The mountain environment takes it toll on homes. With Sage, you can relax, knowing that your property is in the best hands while you are not there.
With home watch, we will also prepare your home for your family’s arrival, for a perfect stay every time.

Sage Properties + Provisions was started by a local family, with 20+ years of experience in real estate, management, property maintenance and home improvement. We love calling the mountains home, and saw a need for personalized service that is owner and guest-focused, showcasing the beautiful place that we live and the amazing businesses that operate here.
